Ham Snacks
Just when I think this section cannot get any whiter, Betty Crocker ups the ante. I've always been fascinated by Underwood Deviled Ham packaging because of the can wrapped in paper rather than a labeled can like the rest of the canned goods, <Jerry Seinfeld: What is up with that?/> but have never bought or tasted the product. You can devil eggs at home but deviling ham apparently requires more equipment and resources than what is available in the average home. How does Underwood stay in business with a product that at least a third of the world population won't touch but Hostess goes bankrupt? How does the maker of Twinkies go bankrupt?
