Beef with Chinese Vegetables
This is cheating; the recipes require Hamburger Helper. I thought the point of Hamburger Helper is that one does not need to add anything else other than ground beef & water. Betty is really reaching here with the product placement. Maybe I need to pay attention when grocery shopping but I've never seen a can of Chinese vegetables. Maybe that is what is in those LaChoy cans. I can visualize the vaguely racist label design on the generic can of Chinese vegetables.
