Fresh Blueberry Cobbler

Fresh Blueberry Cobbler

"Cobblers, Slumps and Flummeries are all favorite New England desserts - served warm with pouring or whipping cream." The mutation pictured above is not a cobbler, it is islands of misshapen biscuits floating upon a sea of blueberry. A proper cobbler is served warm with ice cream. A proper cobbler has a crust on top. With this thing pictured above, somebody gets shortchanged in the dough department. Oh great I got blueberry syrup with pouring or whipping cream. Where the hell is the ice cream.
