Texas Hash
I bet this stuff smells good. It is poorly presented. It looks very undercooked. Needs more chili powder. In Texas, we don't call this Texas Hash. We call it ground beef, rice, peppers and onions stirred together. Get rid of the rice, add tomato sauce, garlic, more tomatoes and beans, it becomes chili.
